Application:

Empty contents into bathtub, filling with hot water (105-113) F or as hot as tolerable, Do not exceed 113F. Bathe in tub for no more than 20 minutes. Carefully step out of the tub and towel dry. Cover body completely and avoid drafts for 3 hours.
